Research on Grounding

In the 1990s, Drs. Karol and Pawel Sokal in Poland, along with Clint Ober in the United States, kickstarted the contemporary exploration into the scientific impact of grounding on human physiology and health.

The ensuing research has unveiled compelling evidence of a significant and positive transformation in the body's electrical state and blood electrodynamics, fostering enhanced self-healing and self-regulation.

The core premise is that Grounding facilitates the transfer of electrons from the ground into the body. Recognizing that inflammation stems from free radicals, and that electrons neutralize these radicals, we find a connection to the potent neutralizing power of antioxidants.

Grounding studies, coupled with extensive global feedback from individuals who have embraced grounding, consistently showcase a reduction in pain. While this reduction is indicative (albeit not conclusive) of decreased inflammation, the studies strongly point in that direction.

Below, you'll find the titles of the conducted studies. Click on them to delve into the details.
